Not manslaughter, animal abuse at best

Justified. Don’t mess with someone’s property on their property. Whatever tools those criminals had with them could be considered as weapons, too. It was self defense.

Honestly, I think I might have lost it myself if I was in a similar situation. There’s only so much a person can take. I despise thieves.

I don’t see anything wrong. Castle Law! It’s time we New Yorkers defend ourselves and our property.

Sounds like justice to me. If you value your life, don’t prey on hard working people. Three on one, I’m sure he feared for his safety.

How is he arrested when they were robbing him?

In Florida or Texas he wouldn’t have ever been arrested. It’s sad that this kids life is ruined because someone was trying to steal his rims.

He didn't stab them in the back. The bold thieves must have confronted him

Criminals have more rights than you do in New York. Property rights are non-existent in New York. In New York, the government expects you to just take it while being victimized.

Is he supposed to just stand there and watch while three men rob him? Are the accomplices also charged with manslaughter? How does this make sense to anyone?

Street justice prevails. What exactly is he supposed to do when confronting 3 thieves? They probably had weapons and made threats when he confronted them. This is just plain nuts.

People should set up a go fund me page for this poor man trying to protect his property. Had the police came and arrested the suspects they would’ve gotten out without bail and most likely get away with the crime anyways at least the criminals friends will have to live with his death and maybe change their behavior. Citizens need to step up NYC is over run w crime and enough is enough. Great job mayor adams!!!!also let’s wait for the family lawsuits of the criminal that got killed looking for a payout now.

If the courts were doing their job, so !many thieves would not be in the streets! If the laws were stricter, thieves would think twice about robbing victims!
