As someone with Adhd I love loud fidgets when I am fidgeting with them myself but it someone near me makes repetitive pop/click/smack/tap noises I go into full discomfort mode so severely it physically hurts. This is why I NEVER take my loud fidgets into the public, only the silent ones.
