jQuery UI tutorial - Preliminaries

Before we start on the heart of these tutorials, the jQuery scripts, I will go through the preliminaries – the database which contains the various lists and the PHP files to display their contents.

This lesson explains the files we need to display the data in the ‘fruits’ table of the database, ready for the next stage, the first jQuery interface using sortable() and connectWith.

i have changed nothing in the code or in the database. I have just added the files to my htdocs folder and opened the page up. It just displays the title with a line where the tables should be.

Thanks for this video, but after watching this and importing all the relevant files in to phpmyadmin when i load the page i get "An error has occured //"
