From what I've read, Hekate's triform, when in human form, is always as three young women. The maiden, mother, and crown concept is something added to her attributes more recently. This was a short but good and informative video on Hekate. I've found her to be the most powerful deity that I've ever encountered, and she has done a lot that has improved my life.😀
