I enjoyed the visual artistry. I studied and trained/practice how to quiet my mind thru the same method. I'm nobody. And anybody can accomplish it. But not anybody can inspire or teach this. Especially the folks who desperately need to be more conscious. They're the hardest to convince. This short video was an excellent presentation for the unenlightened. The beautiful peaceful visuals are now franchised into my daily meditations.

My master was harsh. He lead me to a carpenter´s workshop. Signal me to face the huge circular saw and ask me to cut a 10cm piece of wood in two. And after he asked me ¨did you recall any thoughts while you were cutting the wood?¨ See, if you can stop your runaway thoughts for a second, you can stop them for two seconds, and so on.

The mind is the most complicated thing that we know of. No one can ever know its depth of workings. Only the individual having it can hope to control it at times but not at all times. Logic and knowledge helps in mastering the mind yet pain and sensations pleasant and unpleasant ones still get the best of us from time to time or most of the time. As such, it is eternally a constant work to train the mind to remember to be still especially in a world dictated by attachment qnd belonging. I think of the weather however sophisticated and advanced technology has become, it is still unpredictable coming and yet always going. Everything comes and goes, however strong something is, it always passes. It is a function of time. Attention though is one that we often neglect that we can control. We give up possession of our attention when it is the one thing we can say we truly say of ourselves. When something comes along, we put our attention to it unawares until we get bored and redirect it to something else whether intentionally or not. Everything relates to our senses and memories and our body through sensations. Our attention is the key to our own clarity, stillness, and being in the present.
