I did have a PayPal account though before I left Florida to become a missionary in Kenya. I've had my debit card number hacked. I can't get my bank to help me BC even though I told them to close that checking account and open a new one online and on the phone, they won't even though I gave them all of my information and the secret code to my account. It's ridiculous!
