2 important points:
1) The tawaifs were the only group that spoke Urdu at that time, while the most spoken language in Lahore was Punjabi. Today, Urdu has overtaken Punjabi in Lahore, which shows how influencing extramarital s3x can be.
2) Urdu speakers tried to replicate the same business model in Karachi where ladies clad in burqa used to solicit clients outside Jinnah's tomb. A gang was also busted that rented rooms in museum inside Jinnah's tomb to temporary lovebirds.
