How do you even police this given they can lay low and design for the new team

Lawrence Stroll will do just about anything to have Aston win the constructors. His only solution is to get rid of his son if he wants any tangible success. But we all know he won't do that because he loves to live vicariously through his son being an F1 driver.

The FIA should have a sporting penalty for this. This is a spy gate because Enrica is a Ferrari employee until the leave ends and Cardile working with Aston Martin is a disgrace both in terms of morality and basic ethics. He has in legal terms stolen IP because anything Enrica produced for the F1 team is considered Ferrari property until the leave ends. This is much deep and I hope that Aston Martin is penalized seriously because this sets a precedent

As if the Italian Court is going to side with anyone other than Ferrari in a legal dispute. 😂😂😂

So there was no actual proof that he was doing work but they still won? The judge just said he had to do what his contract said?

Yeah! That Lando fellow should be stopped from contending. Immediately!

How do you even enforce something like this without locking someone up?

Hearing it was in the Court of Modena was all I needed to hear... 😂

Guy made the SF-23. Not sure why Aston Martin want him so bad anyway.

This needs to be handled intetnally by f1. No reason to clog up the actual courts for this

that's completely fair, a contract is a contract and all ferrari did was to prevent another (2007 type incident) competitive advantage

What is considered "working for AM"? Going to the office, zoom calls, telephone calls, receiving or submitting any documents, drawings etc.? Lunch with Adrian?

Wouldn't surprise me if Aston walk away from Cardile after all this. Breaking the non compete agreement could cost Cardile hundreds of thousands in fines to Ferrari.

Hold up. So the guy's punishment for working with Aston Martin before he was supposed to...

....is to wait until he's allowed to work with Aston Martin a.k.a. something that he was SUPPOSED to do anyway?

Now he will work without them noticing it.

But still he can go home and do this at home and if he get caught he can just say "this is not for aston martin"

Spring is coming, what better time for Cardile to do some more gardening?

‪I saw the cobra wings near the helo on the Aston Martin …. Carbon copy of the ones on the Ferrari… guessing that’s one of the signs he broke his gardening leave ‬
