This is my second attempt at this lovely tune. My first one I was using flute fingering on the low "f" which made it slightly sharp.
I was inspired to do another recording when someone Philippa noticed it :)

This takes me back a few year’s when I was working on building site’s, during our break’s we would listen to Simon Bates Our Tune on BBC radio one, and on more than one a occasion we would have tears in our eyes listening to some of those sad stories.

The world is a small place as I subscribed to your channel for your Scalextric videos a year or so ago after a search having no idea that we knew each other from all those years ago.
