I have practiced yoga on and off since a young age but I want to take it more serious now, and moreover, I want to teach yoga to help myself and others understand how to use yoga to elevate into spiritual awareness in a structured program of learning. I am a bit confused about some of your written comments m because it sounds like you are not recommending any basic level courses... but I don't understand how to therefore lay down a foundation for my learning and progress? Can you please advise?

Thank you again for your frank insight. I agree that there should be some kind of formal testing, otherwise its just paying for a peice of paper. There is a reason why testing has been a part of a formal education process to date.

Same goes with ycb certification level 1 and 2. Even that is open for all whether thay have zero knowledge of yoga…

Kindly suggest some school which are affiliated with yoga alliance..those are provided TTC 500 hours .

Yes even yoga alliance not take responsibility of students who certified. They just reviewed students who take training but not sure about them. So yoga alliance as per government useless.
