I love how people are trying to bash others for caring too much about his diet when diet is literally 80% of the battle when it comes to losing weight. If you have a shitty diet; you won’t lose weight. Even if you do manage to eat in a caloric deficit while still eating garbage food; you’ll still have underlying heart issues, clogged arteries, etc.

I would much rather people cheat on their exercise vs cheat on their diet. The diet IS the hardest part because it’s a huge change but also it’s where you’ll make the MOST progress.
