Wake Forest Baseball and Virginia Baseball played the first game of their 3 game series in the 2024 College Baseball Season. The first play of the video was announced by Wheels as the game commentary didn't start until the 2nd batter.

Deacons are really missing Lowder. Despite being able to score runs without Hurtz fully has been impressive. With that being said I think and know this team really misses Hawk to set the tone at the top of the order and Corona to flip the lineup over in the 9 hole and provide power as well. The combo of Hurtz and Wilkins last year combined for a lot of HR.
