I have a report that generates a start and stop date/time. Unfortunately, it comes without any delimiters and all on the same line. Here is an example :

I want to add an up caret for delimiting, to separate the total time so I can average out the total times in excel. I got as far as I could with the finding what I want using wild cards
[0-9]:[0-9][0-9] H:min

Here is where I'm lost. I don't know how to add the up caret (or a Tab) without replacing my expression. I'm trying to separate or isolate just the total time.
What do I enter in "replace with" to accomplish this? Thanks your help. Mike

That was great for "find", but what about "replace"? How can you replace a string with a wildcard? I don't want the wild card "?" or "*" to appear as the result.

Hi, this is nice, thanks. I have one query if you can tell me it will be very helpful. I have a paragraph and if I want to insert a paragraph break after exactly 5 words, the 6th word should start in a new paragraph, how can I do it using find and replace (or any other way) ? Thanks again
