I use to live in Waterloo and have been to Des Moines several times. There's just something about Iowa that's unique from all the other states.

Downtown is a great place to go if you're an alcoholic because that's all there is to do down here drinking, puking and rummaging through the trash, that's it, oh! and drink coffee, eat and drink beer and puke and sometimes shit in an alley but that's it. "Walla"
