The Naha Te kata of Okinawan Karate are the most beautiful - clearly combining the internal (breathing/soft defence) and external (muscular force/hard offence). Beautiful flow between tension and relaxation; slow and quick movement. Contrast this with the Shuri Te kata, which are much more external, with hard defence and hard offence. Kururunfa is classic Naha Te and considered advanced. This demonstration is superb.

Elegant, precise and simply beautiful. Notice that she begins and ends in the same spot. Go back to the start and you can check it. That is a how a kata is supposed to be.

I don't practice karate but wushu, I have a lot of respect to karate, I like shito ryu, goju ryu and uechi ryu. This kata is just amazing, the performer is just perfect.
