1) Lay on your back with your heels on a swiss ball and the ball in close to your body.
2) Drive through your heals and lift your hips as high as you can and squeeze your glutes and hamstrings.
3) Keeping your hips high, slowly roll the ball away from you by straightening your legs.
4) Pause for a second then push your heals down into the ball and curl your legs back into your body raising your hips throughout the motion.
5) Lower you body back down to the matt and repeat.
