Bro did the quickest unexpected deep dive of. The MJ situation and totally made sense of it in 10 seconds. And carried on with the video.
Well done.

6:23 Just to be clear about this: even in civil litigation, the plaintiff absolutely can subpoena the unnamed female celebrity (whose name is known to them) to testify to what she has or hasn't seen. The celebrity could plead the fifth, but in a civil trial the jury is usually instructed to interpret the witness taking the fifth as an admission of guilt. The same isn't true in criminal proceedings.

The unnamed female celebrity is Jennifer Lopez. She’s shaking in her boots now too.

The comments “she shouldn’t have put herself In that position” are stupid

SHE WAS 13 YEARS OLD…she was a naive child who thought hanging with Diddy would be a great story to tell to her Junior high school friends. Maybe she wanted to meet Beyoncé or Aaliyah and take pictures

I can tell some of yall don’t understand what comes with children. I’m glad she survived and learned her lesson so many of us didn’t have to!!

Well, we all have a problem too.

We grew up idolizing people that bragged about doing vile things, publicly. We're only now seeing them for real, but they've always implied how morally bankrupt they are.

I mean if only you take what many of them say in songs literally and seriously, you'll come to the conclusion that they are absolute monsters. But we chose to think "nah they just playing a character". Well, apparently, sometimes they don't.

Big shoutouts to you for clearing up the Michael Jackson thing cause I'm in my 30s and still didn't know it all the way through.

Again BLACKMAIL is probably the wrong word to show innocence

this guy is the only person who explains things so perfectly that I don't ever have to leave the vid confused or still researching for more info

Another way to look at it is if he settles the civil case its almost an admission of guilt. The Michael Jackson comparison is on point here

Very well said. 😆😆 "You got all sorts of friends" was hilarious! The 90s were filled with 🤢 public "cupcake" courting and its coming back to haunt every one of them!

Given how old Beyoncé was when Jay-Z first started pursuing her I wouldn't be surprised if those allegations were true.

2:20 thanks Xevi. It’s really kind, understanding and necessary for some people.
