If you’re doing so well your multiple jobs can’t even tell you’re working more than one, how is it unethical? This is an exchange of money, not a relationship for 99% of people.
If it’s a relationship, why does Dave say to never work for family or friends?

No offense but it's not even close to polygamy, because you can never expect equal faithfulness from your job. You should be able to with your partner.

I was taught if you put your nose to the grind stone you can retire from a company, I'm almost 40 and I've never owned a home or been able to stay anywhere because no matter how loyal you are you are expendable.

It’s not unethical at all! These are the same people that tell you to get 2, 3, 4 jobs to get out if debt.

When I was younger I did landscaping 40-50 hours/week, worked at 2 different restaurants at night and worked at a bar on fridays and Saturdays. Landscaping 7am-3/5pm monday thru friday, worked at the 2 restaurants from 6pm-11pm 3-4 days a week and on fridays and Saturdays I worked at the bar from 6pm-3am.

Essentially if you combine all the hours it was “2 full time jobs”. Why is that okay but not work 2 jobs at 40hrs/week? This makes no sense.

All that working is, is a trade if your time for numbers printed on a piece of paper and that’s it. If a company ONLY wants me to spend my precious time at ONLY that company then they can pay me for MY TIME that I choose to trade at another one. Period. That’s it.

Yeah, I’m just going to say the real issue should be needing two full time jobs because of this dilapidated economy us young professionals have been left with. Only way to own a home is to lie to the people we inherited this crap from.
