One of the most pressing issues in psychiatry is negative symptoms in severe bipolar and schizophrenia. On your website you say this may not work for everybody. It is touted as either working or not working for these severe symptoms like amotivation, anhedonia and apathy. For instance treatments like TMS really don’t work or wear off after a period of time. There really is not standard of recommendations for disorders like loss of interest in previous interests and amotivation. I have heard a lot about this recently for Alzheimer’s with a focus on Microtubules for disorders of conciousness. These disorders are disorders of defunct vagus nerves. Do you believe on day this treatment could be a legitimate standard of care type for these severe disorders? So many people are in desperate need of better treatments.

It is crucial that science and psychiatry understand negative, disorganized and cognitive symptoms as well as just plain old anhedonia in the general population.
