The slow mode video mode isn't exclusive to the iPhone 5s. I believe both the Galaxy s4 and the HTC One have the feature as well.

I'd say it is. the 5 beat the samsung galaxy s4 in a number of areas, and I think the 5s is a better balanced camera further wihtout any real strong weakness. for instance, the htc one is great in low light, but in normal shooting is well beaten by the 5s. I don't think the gs4 camera in real world situations is as consistent a performer as the 5s. So I think the 1020 is the best out there in terms of quality of shots, but the 5s definitely secures 2nd place bothi in quality of shots+performance
