Thanks for this. I have never had thick hair, but have now lost about 50% of it. :-( It's also baby fine...so...think annoying. I'm tired of stylists doing crappy jobs that I need to fix. So, I need to start cutting my own 15 hairs. This quick, easy video is appreciated. I won't go with layers though. My hair is too thin now as it is. Blunt rules!

The paradox, I'm a hairdresser. Does not work as it any more. No hairdresser ever got my hair as I wanted, and due to severe allergy I can't visit a salon anymore, plus it's expensive. Got my husband to cut my hair quite good. Just comb everything back straight, cut with a slight curve downwards. Worked exellent, but was a bit boring. Been long term ill, needed a haircut badly, and wanted something fun for my thin hair. Found your guide and BAM! Nailed it and I'm super happy. My hair looks fabulous.
