28 - IVRs - FreePBX 101 v15

IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response - it's basically the announcement that prompts callers to "Press 1 for This" or "Press 2 for That." In this video we create our first IVR and discuss the various options.

Cool tutorial. I have a problem with my IVR, after agent hangup user is redirected to IVR again. In IVR Entries, Return is selected as NO. Can you help me with this?

Hello Chris. I know you forte is in FreePBX. Have you used Vicidial as a contact center solution? There was a series Crosstalk did in Vicidial sometime back but it's now somewhat dated and wasn't as deep as the FreePBX series. Are there any plans to do an in-depth updated series for Vicidial?
