John I have the Excel Pinnacle version of your mill, I am interested in converting to VFD set up, where did you get your conversion kit and would you reccomend it ? I have to replace a failed 1.5hp single phase motor anyway so now seems like a good time to go VFD thanks MM

Interesting that roadgoing steam vehicles need to go through all the hassle, here in Germany they are virtually unregulated. Steam locomotives on the other hand....
