Use Digital Display board inside parliament for score card of each MP

1. each MP -- Number of minuets asked for -- Number of minutes allocated -- , Number of disturbances, Number of minor warnings, Number of major warnings by speaker and AUTO Suspension of member based on some predefined criteria of number of major warnings ..

2. MP salary should be variable and based on their measured contribution in the processings of house -- MP salary should not be automatic - MPLAD should be performance based not automatic

3. Blur the party affiliation once elected ( as elected member is for constutency and not only for those who voted for the member ) .. Should be some mechanism to diminish importance of party politics once elected ..

The parliament may not need special sessions if real business is transacted during scheduled sessions….rather than walk outs and din creation…. Just saying
