Such fond memories of this town from my youth. About 30 years ago I bought an oil painting of a country house from the art gallery that was in the town at the time. Now living in Los Angeles it is still one of my most treasured possessions.

New Zealander here - looks like a **great** little place! I really like the old buildings (even the abandoned ones) - they give it some real character. Would be a great place to buy a few acres, plant some fruit trees and relax!
