Rool threatened to blow up DK Island with his Blast-O-Matic but we don't actually see that happening even in the Game Over. Then years later he actually does it for his Final Smash in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Here it's similar in that Pizza Face threatened to blow up Peppino's Pizzaria in the intro, and the Noise actually does it in the video.
