Context:American airlines was supposed to cross runway 31L to depart from Runway 4L but mistakenly crossed 4L causing the incident, luckily no one was hurt. Delta 1943 went back to the gate for some checks and took off later on after the incident,
And american airlines was given a number to call and after 30 Minutes they took off
