The first official episode of TWITS - in this episode I run some errands on my GS, we take a look at some readers rides, I come across an unexpected issue with the mighty Gold Wing, I take a ride to a local cafe with Mrs Flyer, I take a look at some new bikes from the last week and much much more - oh, and our erection issue gets sorted with the Kawasaki Z650RS.

For chain oil on the rear wheel, I just spray some WD40 on a microfibre cloth and it rubs off no problem. Enjoyed the TWITS episode. Keep up the good work Andy 👍

Great, really enjoyed that. TWITS is inspired, reminds me of Terry Wogans TOGS! Such a pleasure to listen to broadly bike based chat without the doom and gloom, politics and controversy that seems to have settled on the motorcycle world this year. You reminded me I’ve got 3 G Shocks to adjust. Every six months I feel sure I’ll remember which button to press then six months later I’m looking for the instruction book again. I visited your beautiful country a couple of years ago and don't remember the secondary roads being so rough, of course I was driving on the left side of the road while shifting with my left hand and trying to negotiate the never ending roundabouts. Love my top box, I never use my panniers unless I have to as with a top box you can still filter through traffic, an invaluable piece of kit better than having to carry a rucksack!

I've been using XCP rust proofer on my chains instead of lube for the last 5 years. I apply it by pouring small amounts on a cloth and rubbing it in, and then rotating the wheel abit, and repeating the process. Keeps your chain lovely and shiny clean, and there's no messy lube that flings all over your wheel days!!

I have a 58L black metal Givi topbox on my T120 that I use daily for commuting, holds my briefcase and anything else I need. It will also hold two helmets no problem which is great for a night out. It comes off in a second when I want it more streamlined just for riding. I call it my pirate chest and it has an almost steampunk look to it. It is so practical and useful, I could care less what others may think. It has zero impact on the grin factor when you’re riding. Thanks for the great content you continually provide!
