Luckily for us it seems we may get a violet spin off series until then..

From what I have heard in different interviews the reason for the two year gap is because it takes 8 months to film, 2 plus months production to edit and such, then they need additional months to make sure they can get all the languages dubbed correctly, with the press tours and such it comes out to 2 years . At this rate though I hope 🤞 they still have an audience that will want to watch the seasons 4 through 8.

Was anyone else at the virtual bridgerton premiere event on Netflix? They asked Shonda who she would want to do a spinoff series on and she said Violet, they asked Jess brownell the same thing and she answered the same

I adore Violet, but she still has 57 children left to marry off 😂, so she'll be around for a while. I would rather have seen Portia Featherington have a spinoff : it was intriguing to see her character develop and show vulnerability with Penelope and it would have been interesting to discover how her formative years transformed her into such a scrappy woman.

I would absolutely love a spin off! They could do a great comparison with her first love and her second. Also they could show more of Marcus´ childhood and all that. Even Portia. I would be very interested in everyones story!

I was just having this conversation with my mom the other day! I hope it gets turned into a spin off.
Maybe we'll also get to see them meet the Featheringtons.
My mom thinks Cressida Cowper's mother was in love with Edmund with how much she wrote about Violet while pretending to be Lady Whistledown.. I hope Julia and Shonda does something about that.
