I asked an 87 and 81 year old couple in Milan, Italy, who have been married for almost 60 years, about their greatest life and love advice for the younger generations. Money ruins families, it ruined my family. People show their true colours where money is involved. Marriage: you have to have the same morals and the same dreams to have a long marriage through the highs and lows of life. Always use your manners with each other, appreciation and respect helps a lot. You must have trust and value that, as once betrayed or lost, it is extremely hard to regain

Two things are very true.First of all RESPECT.Even if the relationship goes badly if there's respect you don't have to suffer as much.
Secondly I also think you can receive advice from people you admire.That doesn't mean your own family, it may be other people s parents or old friends from your mum and dad.That s was very true at least in my case.
