The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

Honestly, the sweetest sisters ever! I would have loved to see their growth as duet partners on the show. I think it really would have brought out more emotion in Mackenzie's dancing.

I remember everyone would get upset about what Melissa said at 6:10 . Which meant she had to always be careful about what was said on camera so it could fit the “Melissa doesn’t care about Mackenzie persona”, when Kenzie even said she hated dance when she was younger and wasn’t as invested as Maddie. Anyways, I don’t think she outright meant “Mackenzie isn’t nOwHeRe on Maddie’s level” . She meant since this was a Maddie style dance and Kenzie got different dances then this, they aren’t on the same level contemporary/lyrical wise.
