10 Krautrock Albums You Must Hear Before You Die

Great video! Amazing picks, at least the 6 that I know about! The rest 4 I never heard about (Necronomicon, My Solid Ground, Silberbart, Jane) but will definitely try to listen to! I would include Tago Mago and Neu! in my version of this list, these 2 records had a great influence on me and were probably one of the earliest Krautrock albums I ever listened to. Cheers!

Great video Nico. I was just in conversation with someone at Guerssen Records and got a tip that they are working on an official reissue of that Necronomicon record. Guerssen pressings are always top notch, and this one is in dire need of an official reissue that won’t break the bank.

Nico great awesome 10 that Message Book of DREAMS is a monster when I first heard it it blew me away I’m still after an a original. Ashra Temple is one I need to seek out also I’ve haven’t ran across one in the wild .I had a feeling Tangerine Dream was going to make the list love their albums I have all the seventies title . I have amon duul 2-phallus dei on CD.. I can hear some early pink Floyd and velvet underground influences on that one

I have gila, my solid ground, ash ra temple, message, necronomicon on CD..all are great CDs..2066 and then is a great band
