An anomalous firearms discharge event. According to statistics crime in San Francisco is drastically lower. The non life threatening injuries is testament to the effectiveness of the compassionate treatment of criminals. Criminals now target the legs of victims. Victims are advised to stand still to avoid being hit in the torso or head.

There shall not be enough evidence. That’s a good thing. The residents of SF must feel morally superior to all others, and there is nothing more moral than enabling.
