Digital Assets have to have a stable foundation (bottom) in order to be what we expect it to be. The future of money and internet. There will always be bad actors, but they can't be part of the foundation or the whole thing will collapse.

To be clear crypto is not the problem! The centralized exchanges and "bad actors" are the problem! If you take the same exchanges and bad actors and gave them fiat they would have found a way to do the same. People who just bought and held BTC or ETH in a cold wallet were not part of this mess other than the price swings which is normal in crypto.

CryptoCom is just fine. They stopped withdrawals across Solana. Can withdraw on any other chain : Cronos, BSC, ETH, Poly, Arb, … anything. Just no liquidity on Sol.

I did not want much regulation in crypto, but Luna, Celsius, Voyager, FTX make me wonder if it is justified.

SBF should be arrested 1st and foremost. I feel horrible for the victims. Ultimately I hope this brings in some type of regulations that the industry badly needs. Lastly, this is great for the little guy that will find entry into the space at much cheaper prices.

CZ going public in selling his FTT started the chain reaction. He may have had a legitimate beef against SBF, but this has and will negatively affect nearly every other crypto investor. He has screwed everyone.

Everyone thinks CZ is such a great person but he’s not. His so called transparency caused a big panic in the market and made the situation worse than it should. SBF is no angel either. Both are horrible in my opinion and the only real victims here is the retail investors. They should of kept their war amongst themselves

CZ's action has a substantial pros and cons, only time will tell whether it outweighs the cons. However, with or without CZ, these things are bound to eventually happen since we are still at a very early stages of Crypto. These types of exposure will be helpful. Yes it is an expensive learning curve, but it won't stop Crypto from moving forward.

How do you get out of stables and into fiat? Go to Coinbase or binance (in US) and sell and withdraw back into your account then wait 10 days again to clear when on ramping? Am I missing something is is this it?

I would have preferred a slow bleed from CZ of FTT at the current situation (being no regulation, bear market, etc). But in saying that, if FTX kept going as they were it would have been a much worse situation later on. Very hard call for CZ.
