Federal ministers respond to auditor general's reports on COVID-19 response – December 9, 2021

Federal ministers Jean-Yves Duclos (health), Carla Qualtrough (employment, workforce development and disability inclusion) and Mary Ng (international trade, export promotion, small business and economic development) speak with reporters on Parliament Hill following the release of Auditor General Karen Hogan's latest reports on the federal government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They are joined by Francis Drouin (parliamentary secretary to the minister of agriculture and agri-food). The auditor general looked at the protection of the country's food system, the health and safety of agricultural temporary foreign workers, government support for businesses, and federal enforcement of quarantine and COVID-19 testing orders.
