Jenylyn Carpio, 38, was at home just two weeks after giving birth and thought she was just tired from being a new mom. One day she was at her mom’s house to get some help and rest and she had a sudden cardiac arrest. two weeks after giving birth. Her mother performed Hands-Only CPR until help arrived.

Almost 4 years ago I was in cardiac arrest for 20 minutes..twice shocked back to life. Had a stroke the same night in the hospital.. been doing good now. The doctors told my family I would not make it through the night.. and if I did I would not be able to take care of myself.. never give up on anything..

My biggest fear is going into sudden cardiac arrest and nobody being around or even knowing how to help me. Stories like these give me a bit of hope.

I went through this... 40 min cardiac arrest, 3 CPR, last year in March.
Thank God!
And to the people who fought to the death to save me!
