Nikos Evagelidis-Elassona-part1

This interview was taken by Vagelis Baras, a student of Protolykeio of Elassona.
The witness, Nikos Evagelidis, 94 years old, lives in Elassona and was 16 years old in the war.
He describes in details the facts that made them leave to a village when Germans came in Elassona, the bombardment and their life with the Germans when they came back.
He narrates in a humorous way the eggs he sold the Germans and the money he tried to make from them. He wasn’t afraid to talk with them or play with the bombs with the other kids of his age.
