They're Lying to You: A 'Living, Breathing Constitution' is Really a Dead One

The federal government makes up things as it goes along. They claim to power to tell you what kind of lightbulb you can use, what kind of plant you can grow in your own backyard, or how much they can tax you for doing absolutely nothing. this is all based on a living, breathing lie.

A piece of paper with words on it and more words added for their own agenda.  Bush shredded it, Obama burned it.  And we the people let them.  That's the saddest part of the story.

Never realized that "Living Breathing" -(which sounded good),   -did not equate to working & functioning, but I guess that  "Living"  does mean that changes occur, which we don't want for the Constitution. -That's why I never liked the idea of Constitutional Conventions, - as their purpose might involve a change or changes to a document that must remain intact.

You left out that the constitution is a contract between the Federal governments and the States and the designated arbiter of any disagreement about the contract is the States.
