Simple and Elegant Microwave Dessert | Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Impress your guests with the perfect treat that is so simple to make. Your guests will never know that you made the dessert with a microwave. Also, this mousse recipe does not have eggs.
INGREDIENTS
Dark Chocolate Mousse
• 100 g Dark chocolate wafers
• 160 ml Heavy whipping Cream
• 50 ml 2% Milk
• 2 g Gelatine powder
• 20 ml Water
Semisweet Chocolate Mousse
• 100 g Semisweet chocolate wafers
• 160 ml Heavy whipping Cream
• 50 ml 2% Milk
• 2 g Gelatine powder
• 20 ml Water
White Chocolate Mousse
• 100 g White chocolate wafers
• 160 ml Heavy whipping Cream
• 50 ml 2% Milk
• 2 g Gelatine powder
• 20 ml Water
Decoration
• Cocoa powder
• Berries
INSTRUCTIONS
Repeat each step for dark, semisweet and white chocolate
• In a mixing bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are formed
• Combine and mix chocolate wafer and milk in another mixing bowl
• Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute (chocolate almost melted) and mix well
• In a small bowl add gelatine powder and water. Microwave for 15 seconds
• Add gelatin into the bowl and mix
• Add whipping cream and mix (do not overmix)
• Pour the mousse into a small drinking glass or jar
• Store in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the mousse has hardened
• Repeat the process for semisweet and white chocolate
• Once you have built the 3 layers of chocolate mousse, store them in the fridge overnight for the best result.
• Decorate the top with cocoa powder and berries
