Namdar Realty CEO Igal Namdar comments on the state of US commercial real estate during an interview on the June 26 episode of "Bloomberg The Open." Nearly one-quarter of all US office space will be vacant by 2026 as working from home persists, slicing commercial-property values by as much as $250 billion, according to a report from Moody’s.

Slime ball, ran good businesses out of the all the malls, and is single handedly creating the market crisis. in my opinion is an absolute buzzard, bought my mall, and let it dilapa date. Wouldent fix the damn escalators. Whilst raising my rent, and refusing me a long term lease. He bought buildings on pennies on the dollar....

sounds like a place for homeless and migrant housing, after giving them work visas. Not sure how the economy is supposed to expand while the unemployment rate is so low.
