सु-प्रभात सर जी। मुझे एक बात समझ नहीं आता की बाप के सम्पत्ति पर बेटा का हक होता है लेकिन बेटे का सम्पत्ति पर बाप का क्यो नही क्या इसके लिए कोई कानून है सर जी क्योंकि मेरे दोस्त के बड़े भाई के पास अलग से सम्पत्ति है और अपने माँ -बाप को घर से बेघर कर दिया है और अब पिता जी के सम्पत्ति के लिए विवाद करते हैं जबकि ऊसके पिता जी का कहना है कि जो मेरे देखभाल
कर रहे हैं मै अपना सम्पत्ति ऊसी को दुंगा क्या यह सम्भव है

I fully agree with @KMR's comments. Our Parliament /SCI is proposed to review such weird situations of senior citizens & give standing instructions / pass the law so that they ( parents) are not dumped by their ' nikkammi aulad' 😢!
