that's what happening in Korea. especially in specialties that are directly related to life and death situations. Gov capped the price for 30 years in pediatrist. and hospitals literally lose money everytime they perform emergency trauma patients for example. so why continue having ER. that's the reason why all of the brightest med students go to derma or plastic cause they don't wanna live under debt. it's so messed up.
