How do you make breakfast island-style? 🌴
First, you need to get the coconut down — and that’s not as easy as it sounds! Green coconuts cling tightly to tall palm trees, so the best way is to secure a sharp knife or machete to a long stick and carefully cut it down from a distance. 🗡️🌴 (Safety first!)

Next, strip away the thick outer husk to thin the walls, cut a lid, and add your ingredients — I used oats and fresh pineapple. 🍍🥥 Then place it right on the fire! 🔥 Even if the water doesn’t boil, it gets hot enough to cook your meal.

The result? Naturally sweet, tropical oatmeal — cooked in a real coconut! Would you give it a try? 😋💛
