Pro: Modulate Vout with alpha
Cons: Harder control, Risk of instability, more commutation losses, not ideal for high switching freq.

For readers:
PSFB has a big advantage : you can modulate the output voltage by controlling the phasing shift angle alpha. But this comes with a cost.
The catch Is that not only the pratical impoementation Is harder, but you Will have more commutations and switching losses.
For this reason, classical full bridge dominates the market with High Power applications. LLC and soft switching variations for EMI and cleaness.

I guess if you use voltage controlled switch, the simulation will be fatser. Also, you can add r to the diode model at the output.
