In this extensive lesson, master draftsman Glenn Vilppu shares with you his approach to head drawing. Glenn will begin with an in-depth lecture on head structure and features of the face. Next, he will share his thoughts on master works and analyze various artists' approaches to head drawing. Glenn will then doing several demonstrations drawing from various model references using a variety of mediums, including charcoal, fountain pen, and water brush. I have never understund one thing about Vilppu. Mr Vilppu - omg such an artist! What a teacher! What a treasure! And still.. sound postproduction in his videos are so poor. Video recordings are often overlighted - burned light in quality - you cant see much detail. It seems to me like somebody had opportunity once for a decade to record another Haydn writing his notes down to paper and talking about composing. And the final product is poor sound and video quality - it simply dosn´t make any sense! Maybe someone could help me with this? Thank you. And thanks to mr Vilppu for sharing his talents.
