Love the sounds of a HEALTHY Big Block

I never get tired of hearing a traditional V8 with a healthy cam and that's responsive - revs up and down fast. I loved my '12 and '18 Mustang GTs with its 460+hp. But you just can't get that lope, that awesome idle, with them. They make tons of power, and love power adders, but they'll never have that idle that I never get tired of. But Coyote engines love to rev and sound fantastic at "full boogie"!

Nice, cant beat the 1st generation with the hideaways and that massive BB. In the mid 70's i built a 67 RS with a 427/425, 4 speed and 12 bolt with 456 gears, basically a Yenko clone, same engine, etc. Engine's like a 572 with 650 hp would be nothing but a dream back then. That's an EASY 11 second car with traction. Most of those old muscle cars barely got into the 14's at under 100 mph, some well under 100 stock trim.

I did the engine myself, I TOOK my time to do things rite... I meanwhile had the car painted... I actually restored the whole car... my son found out and came to see, the car was painted and I was installing the engine... He told me? Why an engine so big? I said it's a SS, just like 2ss... He then understood then... I told him I was going with a bigger engine, he couldn't belive there's a bigger chevy engine... I JUST WANT TO SAY, OTHERS INSPIRED ME TO REDO MY CAMERO 1969 SS... I'M VERY HAPPY IT'S AWESOME...

Holy shit, 572 Cubic inches = 9400cc / 8 cylinders = 1175cc / 72 cubic inches per cylinder! O_O As an European that's just mind boggling, even though i love Muscle & Classic cars, both European ones and American ones..., although you Americans are lucky because of your low fuel prices, where i live in Spain, it would cost 125 Dollars to fill up... .

Awesome car my friend, love the hideaways and the motor choice--- can the drivetrain [transmission and rear end] handle 650 hp if you still have a Muncie 4 speed and a 12 bolt
