Warning! Do this at your own risk! All your phone data (contacts,photos,videos,music,messages,aplications,games,files,) will be lost! Please make backup first if you can!
1.Power off your phone
2.Push together volume up + home button + power key until you will se Samsung logo on the screen
3.Select with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and push power key to confirm
4.Select "yes" and push power key to confirm
5.Wait until format is complete
7.Push power to confirm "reboot"
8.Wait until the phone restarts
That's it!

Hello!
What do think of the black leves of this phone? Mine suffers from pretty terrible backlight bleeding. Two bigger areas of BLK at the top of the screen. This is especially noticable when charging the phone while the phone are shut down. Im wondering if maybe I have another screen than the ones in the reviews I've seen online. Could you check what it says in CPU-z about the screen?
