what was the second penalty for? as i see it NZ caused the close call by tacking right in front of a much faster boat. italy barely had time to bear away. how close does it have to get before it's NZ creating a dangerous situation.

And after winnig the race , team new zealand did have one floor, when the crane drop t from 7 meters off the ground.
