crit dmg and dmg bonus% have the same dmg increasing multipliers, but for dmg bonus% you don't need to crit to have the dmg increase its just always there

My favorite Mika team so far is Mika/Nahida/Thoma/Xingqiu. I also like him for Hyperbloom but if you run Kuki there is no need for him there. I like him in burgeon because you can give him instructor to further buff your EM while also buffing Nahida's attack speed by a ton so you can do more normal attack combos
