How to Turn OFF Text to Speech iPhone (voice over)

In this video I go over the annoying way of iPhone reading everything out loud. The thing that's probably bugging you is the voice over feature that's integrated into the iOS. But it can very easily be something else. Let me know in the comments what you think.

Omg this was so helpful he thought it was the voice over but that wasn’t it and it had been turned on for days but really it was the typing feedback so glad I found this video cause it was pissing the both of us off and had to turn off her volume just so we didn’t have to hear it as she was texting 😭 but then she couldn’t hear her calls or texting coming in smh

I tried to follow all of the things you said to turn off voice when I text however all of the settings were off but I still have a red “squiggle” on the line where I would type a text message. I don’t know how it got there and it doesn’t turn off.
